We are committed to delivering world-class estate agency, and we can only do this with the best people on board. Following the incredible success of Mr & Mr Child, we have recently launched our exciting new sister company, Child & Co Estates.

With two dynamic brands now operating under our roof, we have an opportunity for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join us and work across both companies. We’d love to find someone who’s naturally organised, with great attention to detail and high standards particularly when it comes to systems, procedures, and the first impressions of both our team and our office.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be responsible for the fundamentals of the office; the basics that are vital to get right. You will be supporting the team across both Mr & Mr Child and Child & Co Estates, helping them with their admin and calls, whilst ensuring standards and procedures are being met and exceeded.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This role is all about making sure that our office is consistently operating at a world-class level, that workloads are effectively managed, and is ultimately responsible for maintaining the company culture and values via the team.
