Are you a warm, unflappable people-person who loves being the face of a busy office and keeping everything running like clockwork!?
Culture Guru is recruiting for a confident, organised Reception Administrator for a well-established construction and fit-out business, entering an exciting period of growth and looking for a brilliant front-of-house all-rounder to be the heartbeat of their East London head office.
This role would suit someone who can greet clients, project teams and contractors with a smile and make every visitor feel welcome, someone who genuinely takes pride in a tidy, well-run office, and someone who can juggle reception duties alongside varied business administration without dropping a ball β all while being the person everyone can rely on.
The wider team is already in place, so your focus is purely on what you do best: running a seamless front-of-house and keeping the office humming. Please note this is a fully office-based role, five days a week, with no hybrid or remote working.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
