What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
- Acting as a first point of contact by phone, email and in person
- Coordinating meeting rooms, catering and refreshments
- Arranging business travel for colleagues
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Supporting internal events and office socials
- Liaising with building management and contractors
- Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock
- Providing administrative support across the wider business
- Supporting colleagues across other office locations
- Helping to maintain an organised and professional working environment
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes

What we’re looking for
You’ll have previous experience within reception, office administration or business support and enjoy working in a varied, people-focused role.
You’ll Also Bring
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage different priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Good Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams skills
- Confidence using your initiative
- A reliable and flexible approach
Experience within a corporate environment would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
