Jadarat is a leading workforce solutions company and a member of HR International Business Group, hiring for one of its Clients in Oil & Gas Field.
Role Description
The Reception and Administration Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheraton, responsible for providing front-desk and administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The role includes:
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries
- Managing meeting room schedules
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
The officer will:
- Maintain reception and office areas
- Support document preparation and filing
- Update internal records and databases
- Assist with basic HR and logistics coordination as needed

This position also involves collaborating with different departments to support scheduling, communication, and routine administrative tasks, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications
- Strong reception and customer service skills, including professional communication, visitor handling, and call management.
- Administrative and organizational abilities, such as document handling, filing, scheduling, and basic data entry.
- Proficiency with office tools and systems, including email, calendars, spreadsheets, and document management software.
- Attention to detail and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines reliably.
- Ability to work on-site in Sheraton, maintain a professional appearance, and support a welcoming office environment.
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or office coordination is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with clear written and verbal communication.
