Chelsea Barracks
2 days (07:00–19:00), followed by 2 days (09:00–21:00), then 4 days off.
Role Overview / Development Details
You will be the welcoming face of a world-class residential setting in Belgravia, where elegant architecture frames beautifully landscaped gardens. The development offers residents a calm, club-like environment with round-the-clock concierge, valet parking and exceptional amenities, including a spa, pool, fitness centre and business suites.
Set just a short walk from Sloane Square and Knightsbridge, with Victoria station within easy reach, this is a refined, service-driven environment. You will help create memorable everyday experiences for discerning residents and their guests, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal and polished.
Role Expectations
You will run a polished front-of-house experience across reception and club spaces, greeting residents and guests, managing enquiries and coordinating bookings for amenities. You will work closely with concierge, valet and security teams to deliver smooth daily operations, immaculate presentation and swift resolution of issues. You will anticipate needs, protect privacy and elevate every interaction with warmth and discretion.
What Success Looks Like
- Residents and guests feel genuinely welcomed, known by name and consistently supported.
- Club, spa, pool and business suite bookings run smoothly with zero double-bookings and timely room turnarounds.
- Reception and amenity areas are pristine, well-stocked and set to brand standards at all times.
- Enquiries are resolved on first contact wherever possible, with clear follow-up when needed.
- Strong collaboration with concierge, valet and security ensures seamless, safe operations.
- Accurate logs, handovers and reports keep the wider team fully informed.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Hosting at reception and in club areas: greeting, signposting and supporting residents and their guests.
- Managing calls, emails and walk-up enquiries; scheduling amenity bookings and meeting rooms.
- Setting up, resetting and presenting lounges, business suites and pool/fitness areas to a luxury standard.
- Coordinating with concierge and valet on arrivals, deliveries and visitor access.
- Monitoring stock levels (towels, refreshments, collateral) and raising replenishment or maintenance requests.
- Keeping clear records of incidents, handovers and resident feedback.
Who This Role Is For
- You are a natural host who brings warmth, poise and impeccable personal presentation.
- You stay calm under pressure, prioritise effectively and solve problems with initiative.
- You respect confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- You’re a team player who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships across on-site teams.
- You’re flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required.
Experience That Helps
- Front-of-house or reception experience in luxury residential, five-star hotel or private members’ club settings.
- Managing amenity or spa/fitness bookings and coordinating room setups or events.
- Using booking, CRM or property management systems and handling cashless transactions.
- Knowledge of health, safety and guest security practices; first aid training is a plus.
- Additional languages or local area familiarity (Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea) to enhance guest support.
