C&C Search is currently recruiting a Reception & Facilities Coordinator for a leading investment management firm based in the heart of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reception & Facilities Coordinator with corporate reception experience in a financial services environment. Position: Reception & Facilities Coordinator
Salary: £16.83 per hour + holiday pay, temp-to-perm
Hybrid set up: Fully office based, Central London

Key responsibilities for this Reception & Facilities Coordinator position:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
- Managing meeting rooms, coordinating room bookings and ensuring meeting spaces are maintained to an exceptional standard
- Answering and directing calls, managing reception and enquiries inboxes and handling visitor registrations
- Arranging catering, refreshments, taxis and hospitality requirements for meetings and events
- Supporting facilities operations including deliveries, post management, stationery ordering and office supplies
- Assisting with company events, staff celebrations, retirement gifts and internal communications
- Liaising with building management, contractors and external suppliers
- Reporting maintenance issues and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Managing archiving processes and coordinating collections and retrievals
- Maintaining stock levels of stationery, refreshments and first aid supplies
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Must have corporate reception experience within a financial services environment
- Professional and polished communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Strong front-of-house and customer service experience
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy corporate office
- Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting facilities and office operations would be advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small and busy team
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, clients and visitors
