About This Role
Murrow Primary Academy is a warm, welcoming, and inclusive school at the heart of its community. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner with up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and framework. They will have the ability to inspire, nurture, and challenge pupils, enabling every child to achieve their full potential through high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about shaping young minds and providing children with the very best start to their educational journey. The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for early years education, will model excellent practice, and will make a significant contribution to the life and continued development of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Works effectively and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing ideas, sharing best practice, and supporting colleagues to create a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.
- Has a genuine passion for Early Years education and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Is committed to securing the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
- Creates a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
- Has high expectations for all learners and a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Shows a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
