Dedicated Cover Ambassador
We are looking for a friendly, adaptable, and customer-focused Dedicated Cover Ambassador to join our Rapport team in the City of London. As part of a supportive team of around 30 Ambassadors, you'll provide flexible cover across multiple front-of-house functions, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience for clients, colleagues, and visitors.
No two days are the same in this varied role. You'll support Ground Floor Reception, Client Suite Reception, Floor Management, and Room Bookings, stepping in to provide seamless cover during holidays and absences. Whether you're welcoming guests, coordinating meeting spaces, supporting events, or ensuring the smooth running of workplace services, you'll play a key role in delivering a five-star experience across a prestigious corporate environment.

Hours
- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)
Salary
- £33,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Provide flexible cover across Reception, Client Suite, Floor Management, and Room Bookings.
- Support meeting room preparations, event registrations, and room set-ups.
- Respond confidently to changing business needs, ensuring a seamless service across multiple areas.
- Work closely with colleagues and management to maintain excellent communication and service standards.
- Build positive relationships with clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders while representing Rapport to the highest standard.
