Are you someone who loves being busy, enjoys meeting people and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly? Are you the kind of person who doesn't wait to be asked, spots what needs doing and just gets stuck in?

If you're friendly, energetic and organised, and enjoy a role where no two days are quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We Are

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions, we're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What You'll Do

This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00. Due to the nature of the role, this position is fully site-based at our Trowbridge office.

Reporting to the Vehicle Solutions Facilities Manager, you'll be a key part of our Reception & Facilities team and the first point of contact for everyone who visits our Trowbridge site. You'll be the person who makes sure visitors receive a warm welcome, colleagues have what they need and our workplace looks and feels its best. You'll need to be comfortable switching between tasks, getting involved wherever you're needed and taking ownership of making things happen. No two days will be exactly the same. One minute you could be welcoming a visitor or helping someone with a query, and the next you might be sorting out a meeting room, arranging a courier, helping with a facilities issue or making sure the site is ready for the day ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
