Front of House Receptionist
Dalkia have an opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist to join our Facilities Management team at our prestigious EDF office in Nova North, central London.

The Opportunity
Permanent, F/T
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 7am – 5pm
- Location: Nova North, Victoria, London
This is a great opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused individual to join our Facilities Management Team, providing a Five Star Customer Service Experience” to users of the site. The role will be the first point of contact for customers, employees, visitors and contractors, ensuring that everyone receives a warm, friendly and professional welcome. The postholder will also ensure that all reception, meeting room and workplace facilities are maintained and available for use at all times.
The Receptionist support will combine traditional Front of House and reception responsibilities with proactive Floor Champion duties, including taking ownership of allocated floor areas and ensure that workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, breakout areas and collaboration spaces remain safe, clean, organised, operational and welcoming.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, Facilities Management or Front of House.
- Able to communicate at all levels and share information effectively.
- Able to provide excellent levels of customer service and possess experience within a customer service-driven environment.
- Positive, solution-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing workloads with a “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new systems and procedures.
- Practical, flexible and innovative approach to work, including providing cover when required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Presentable and personable with a professional manner.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within Facilities Management or Corporate Front of House environments.
- Mailroom, post room or logistics experience.
- First Aid experience.
- Fire Marshal experience.
- Experience using meeting room booking or Facilities Management systems.
- Experience supporting workplace services within a corporate environment.
