Help Create Amazing Holiday Memories in One of Wales' Most Beautiful Destinations
Are you a people person who loves delivering exceptional customer service and helping others enjoy memorable experiences?
At Henson Leisure Group, we're proud to own and operate a collection of high-quality holiday parks across West and South West Wales. For over a decade, we've been creating unforgettable holidays for thousands of guests and have built a reputation for exceptional standards and outstanding customer care.
We're currently looking for enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Reception & Holiday Sales Advisors.
These exciting roles offer the opportunity to work across three beautiful locations: Saltern Holiday Park in Tenby, Wood Park in New Hedges and Croft Country Park in Reynalton. You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, helping guests from their first enquiry through to the end of their stay while working as part of a welcoming and supportive team.
If you enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a busy environment and take pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll play a vital role in creating positive guest experiences and supporting the day-to-day operation of our holiday parks.
From answering enquiries and making bookings to welcoming guests and assisting with on-park standards, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey.
This is much more than a traditional reception position. It's a varied role that combines customer service, holiday sales, administration and on-park support responsibilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
