About the Role
Join our Reception team based in Brighton, where you'll be responsible for greeting and signing in all visitors at Paxton. You will also be providing general administration and hospitality services across all departments, ensuring a World Class service is provided at all times to internal and external stakeholders.
- Daily maintenance of meeting rooms replenishing refreshments and providing catering for meetings or training events.
- Work alongside the Health & Safety team to comply with all H&S procedures. Carry out the core H&S tasks such as fire & first aid compliance. Reporting breaches or potential hazards as required.
- Assist with the daily re-stock of departmental kitchens, refilling fruit boxes, cereal bars and fridges.
- Organise essential services like security, maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, and recycling.
- Providing quick and supportive responses to emergency situations or urgent requests.
- Take responsibility for all admin tasks such as post, incoming and outgoing communications, and recording staff absence.
- Organising travel arrangements, accommodation and entertainment for staff and visitors across the business.
- Visits to our sites in Eastbourne to provide hospitality and admin support.

- Some experience working in Reception and Customer Service is essential.
