We require a Reception Host to join the team at Gino D’Acampo Leeds, assisting in the smooth running of our restaurant and ensuring every guest receives a warm and memorable welcome. This is a fixed-term position working 20 hours per week over 4 days.
What You’ll Do
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests arriving at Gino D’Acampo Leeds
- Manage the reception area and assist with guest bookings and enquiries
- Escort guests to their tables and provide a friendly and professional introduction to their dining experience
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the restaurant, menu and hotel facilities
- Manage reservations and support the team in maintaining an efficient flow of guests
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth and seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
- Respond positively to guest requests and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences

What We’re Looking For
- A great communicator with a warm and welcoming personality

- A confident and outgoing personality

- The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy restaurant environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
