The Role: Reception Manager
Requirements
- Passionate and guest-centric
- Ability to manage calls, enquiries, and reservations with grace and efficiency
- Skilled in ensuring the smooth running of service with the allocation of guests in a planned and organised manner
- Warm and charming personality to build lasting relationships with guests and team members
- Ambitious and driven to excel in hospitality
- Ability to contribute to the restaurant's success and strategy from a floor level
