🚨 Service Excellence Manager – London | £45,000 + Bonus
Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who loves creating exceptional guest experiences? We’re working with an award-winning hospitality provider, and they’re looking for a Service Excellence Manager to lead one of their biggest clients front-of-house team.
This is a role where you’ll genuinely lead from the front. They’re looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in with the team, and be visible on the floor, not someone who wants to manage from behind a desk.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Setting the service standard
- Inspiring your team
- Making sure every guest interaction feels polished, personal, and memorable
💡 Innovation is a big part of the role too. They want someone who is constantly thinking about “what could we do better?”, spotting opportunities to enhance the guest experience, introducing new ideas, and finding creative ways to make an already high-performing operation even better.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading from the front and setting the standard for exceptional service
- Coaching, developing, and motivating the front-of-house team
- Creating memorable experiences for guests, clients, and colleagues
- Building strong relationships across the business
- Identifying opportunities to improve and enhance the service
- Bringing new ideas, creativity, and innovation to the workplace experience
- Maintaining high standards while creating a positive and engaging team culture
- Being hands-on and getting stuck in when the operation needs you

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has leadership experience within hospitality, guest experience, luxury, workplace, or another service-led environment
- Is genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional service
- Is hands-on and happy to roll up their sleeves
- Naturally leads by example
- Is innovative and always looking for ways to improve
- Has excellent attention to detail and can anticipate what guests need
- Can inspire and energize a team
- Is confident working in a highly visible, fast-paced environment
