About Arcade

Arcade is one of UK’s most ambitious and exciting hospitality projects! A dynamic playground where world-class chefs, bold culinary ideas, and vibrant guest experiences come together under one roof. As a brand incubator, we launch, operate, and scale original concepts that celebrate global cuisines and exceptional drink culture.

About The Role

As an experienced Reception Manager leading the Host team, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations, performance, and development of the Reception Team and front desk processes. As the first and last point of contact for guests, you will ensure a seamless, warm and organised arrival and departure experience. You will also lead on optimising our bookings system, guest communication, and front-of-house coordination, working in step with the wider FOH and management teams.

We'd Love To Hear From You If You

  • Are currently an experienced Reception Manager in a large, fresh-food-led venue.
  • Bring 2+ years’ experience in a reception, reservations or host leadership role within a high-volume restaurant, hospitality venue or premium casual dining environment.
  • Have solid experience managing, coaching and developing a reception or host team.
  • Bring strong working knowledge of restaurant booking and reservation systems, ideally SevenRooms, OpenTable, triple seat or similar.
  • Bring a track record in managing high booking volumes, walk-ins, waitlists, table allocation and guest flow.
  • Have experience coordinating closely with restaurant managers, floor teams, bar teams and security during busy services.
  • Are confident handling guest complaints, special requests and service recovery with warmth and professionalism.
  • Have experience maintaining accurate guest profiles, booking notes and communication records.
  • Bring the ability to use booking data to optimise covers, table utilisation and the overall guest experience.
  • Are passionate about fresh food, global flavours, and high-energy service environments.
  • Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Licensing compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
