Reception Night Host

We’re looking for a confident, upbeat Reception Night Host to bring personality, energy and brilliant service to Point A Hotel Shoreditch.

From check-in to check-out, you’ll keep things smooth, simple, and memorable. Whether you’re greeting international travellers, sharing local tips, or solving a guest query fast, you’ll make every moment feel easy, warm, and distinctly Point A.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be someone who understands that exceptional guest experiences are created through thoughtful details; genuine warmth, heartfelt hospitality and consistently attentive service. Whether you have previous experience in hospitality, customer service or another guest-facing role, you’ll bring confidence, composure and strong communication skills to every interaction, making guests feel recognised, welcomed and well cared for. Guided by our values, you’ll be proactive, reliable and honest. You’ll take pleasure from delivering high standards and supporting your colleagues. Calm and organised, you’ll approach each shift with positivity, professionalism and a willingness to learn, with the flexibility to work across early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
