Reception Night Host Leader

We’re looking for a confident, guest-focused Reception Night Host Leader to lead the welcome at Point A Hotel Glasgow, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm arrival and a smooth, seamless front-of-house experience.

You’ll be right at the heart of the action: leading by example on reception, keeping shifts running efficiently, resolving guest queries with confidence, delivering heartfelt hospitality at all times and making sure service standards stay sharp from start to finish.

Working closely with the management team, you’ll support daily shift planning, keep procedures on track and guide the team through busy moments so every guest gets a consistently great Point A experience.
