Perfect Smile Bracknell is looking for a confident, organised, and patient-focused Reception & Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a busy, professional dental environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the patient journey from first enquiry through to completion of treatment, whilst ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of front of house operations.

Duties
The role combines reception duties, patient coordination, and administrative support to ensure our patients receive a first-class experience throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients into the practice and creating a positive first impression
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries
- Booking and coordinating appointments efficiently
- Supporting patient consultations and treatment follow-ups
- Following up outstanding treatment plans and unscheduled patients
- Assisting with patient finance queries where required
- Managing patient care communication before and after appointments
- Liaising with clinicians and practice management throughout the day
- Supporting consultation conversion and patient journey tracking
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception and waiting area
- Monitoring practice emails and referrals
- Logging and tracking laboratory work
- Informing patients of any delays and supporting patient comfort within the practice
- Cashing up and balancing end-of-day accounts
- Supporting diary management and short-notice appointment filling
- Assisting with monthly patient care and conversion reporting

We are looking for somebody who
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident speaking with patients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Is organised and able to multitask within a busy environment
- Has strong administrative and computer skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Is proactive, positive, and patient-focused
- Has previous reception, customer service, or dental experience (preferred but not essential)
- Has experience using Dentally or dental software systems (desirable)
