Job Vacancy: Reception Supervisor at Foxhills Collection

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and exceptional guest service? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team at our prestigious establishment.

Position: Reception Supervisor

Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the reception team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service
  • Oversee daily front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Train, mentor, and motivate reception staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards
  • Handle guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Cover night shifts when a night auditor is on holiday

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
