About the Role
As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What your day will look like?
As a Reception Supervisor, your day will involve:
- Leading the reception team
- Ensuring smooth daily operations
- Supporting check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling guest queries
- Working closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure
What You’ll Bring?
We’re looking for a motivated Front Office Supervisor who thrives on leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. An ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role within a branded hotel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A natural ability to create memorable guest experiences
- Confident with technology
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ready to step in and support your colleagues with ad-hoc duties whenever needed
- Lead by example, demonstrating our values through outstanding service, strong teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused attitude
