Reception Supervisor
La Maison Ani | London
£40,000 per annum + Tips
La Maison Ani is seeking an exceptional Reception Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable arrival experience, delivering the warm, intuitive hospitality that defines our luxury dining experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in delivering impeccable guest service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the reception team to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.
- Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Managing reservations efficiently, maximizing bookings while maintaining accuracy.
- Coordinating closely with management, hosts, and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handling guest enquiries, special requests, and feedback with confidence, discretion, and care.
- Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects the high standards of La Maison Ani.
- Supporting the development and training of the reception team while leading by example.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Senior Receptionist within a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium hospitality venue.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A natural leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask in a busy service environment.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
