Inspire Young Learners from the Very Start

We are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Newham to recruit an enthusiastic and nurturing Reception Teacher for a permanent position starting in September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team that is passionate about giving every child the very best start to their educational journey. The successful candidate will create an engaging and stimulating learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to develop a lifelong love of learning.

The Role

As Reception Teacher, you will deliver high-quality learning experiences that support every child's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.

Working collaboratively with colleagues and families, you'll help children build confidence, independence, and the foundations for future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Create a stimulating, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Support children's development across communication, language, literacy, and early mathematics
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to ensure every child reaches their potential
  • Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and the continued development of the Early Years provision

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
