Reception Teacher – Maternity Cover – 6 month FTC
Beaudesert Park School, part of the Rugby School Group, is set in 30 acres on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire. It is one of the county’s leading independent co-educational day & flexi boarding schools for children aged 3 to 13.
We are seeking a colleague who shares our vision and who will seize an exciting opportunity to teach one of our Reception Classes. The primary responsibility is to teach and nurture Reception aged children. The post holder will be the Class Teacher, working alongside a teaching partner (Teaching Assistant) in one of two Reception classes. This is an exciting opportunity for a gifted teacher with insight, enthusiasm, flair and the personal qualities needed to win the confidence of staff, parents and children. Above all else the postholder will need to be committed to outstanding teaching and learning, and helping children achieve their potential within a holistic and aspirational school.

Hours: 45 hours per week, on a Term Time basis
Contract Type: Maternity cover for two terms, January to July 2027
