Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Handling guest enquiries both in person and over the phone
- Managing reservations, guest accounts, payments, and room allocations accurately
- Providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Promoting hotel services and facilities to maximise guest experience
- Working collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
- Following security, confidentiality, health & safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
