Being fully flexible with working patterns, is this the role for you? Being part of a fast-paced environment where there is always a buzz. Ideally having had reception/hotel experience is great, however, not essential. We look forward to hearing from you.
Duties
- Provide efficient guest registration, check-in, and check-out services.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and offer helpful, precise information.
- Handle guest requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently throughout their stay.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure smooth communication between guests and hotel departments.
- Handle incoming calls professionally, transferring them as needed.
- Follow strict security procedures to protect guest confidentiality and safety.
- Ensure secure handling of room keys, guest data, and credit card transactions.
- Manage reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective guest interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of guest messages and internal communications.
- Ensure guest and hotel accounts are correctly updated with all charges.
- Keep all equipment in good working condition and used appropriately.
- Assist the Food & Beverage department when needed.
- Follow fire and evacuation protocols.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Address guest concerns effectively and escalate issues to the Manager on Duty when necessary.
- Continuously strive for total customer satisfaction through proactive service.
