Job Title: Reception Temps Needed

Salary range: £14-16 per hour
Location: London

Our clients, working across the third sector and within legal organisations in Central London, are looking for bright, enthusiastic, and experienced front-of-house professionals to join their teams on an ad-hoc basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and professional reception service.
  • Operate the switchboard efficiently.
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, seminars, and events as necessary.
  • Deal with correspondence appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide general assistance and administration to the wider team.

Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

  • Minimum of 6 months working within office-based admin or front-of-house.
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
  • Have worked with databases.
