RECEPTIONIST
Be the face of a busy and professional organisation as a Receptionist, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for visitors, clients and stakeholders. Acting as the first point of contact, you'll manage enquiries with professionalism while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a personable and organised individual who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
- Managing front-of-house operations, acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors and stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinating meetings and events, including room bookings, catering, refreshments, AV set-up and meeting logistics
- Managing office administration, including shared inboxes, post, deliveries, couriers and supplier communications
- Maintaining office supplies, kitchen stock and facilities, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace
- Supporting procurement and finance administration, including raising purchase orders, invoice queries and credit card reconciliations
- Providing administrative support to the Office Coordinator and EA, including diary management, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings and event coordination
- Managing access systems, coordinating with IT and acting as a brand ambassador while supporting internal and external stakeholder communications

RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIAL:
- Demonstrating previous experience of providing reception duties within a similar customer-focused environment
- Being well organised and able to prioritise work, demonstrating the ability to multitask within tight time constraints
- Utilising computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies
- Demonstrating high-level written and verbal communication skills
- Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation when meeting and greeting external stakeholders
- Acting as a brand ambassador and delivering excellent customer service standards
