About the Role
Wise May are looking for a proactive and versatile Receptionist to join a collaborative Legal firm based in the City of London.
This is a full-time, permanent position, which is office based.
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining the reception area, greeting clients and guests and answering and directing phone calls.
- Responsible for following all firm security protocols for all visitors to reception area.
- Meeting room set up for client meetings, including ensuring meeting rooms are kept stocked with all necessary stationery and refreshments.
- Arranging and ordering catering requirements for internal and client events held in office as well as coordinating with other internal teams.
- Travel arrangements for guests including booking taxi's.

Receptionist Key Skills and Experience Required
- Experience working as a Receptionist in the Legal or Professional Services Sector.
- Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines.
- Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels in a range of style.
