About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be required to undertake general reception duties including receiving admission fees and issue of receipts, assisting the general public with both face to face and telephone enquiries, taking facility bookings and assisting in the control and supervision of the reception area. Providing assistance with the clerical support of the centre and accurate record keeping is also a requirement of this post.

Requirements

  • Friendly personality and good telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Previous relevant work experience including customer service and cash handling is essential
  • A knowledge of computerised booking systems is desirable
