If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Portico team based at the London HQ of a world-renowned banking institution as a corporate receptionist.

The receptionist role consists of:

  • Meeting and greeting the bank's staff and visitors
  • Lobby hosting
  • Administration duties
  • Meeting room reservations

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-7pm from Mon-Fri

Salary: £34,450

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, as well as being comfortable with using different visitor management systems, and the ability to prioritize work due to constantly changing circumstances.

Applicants must have a proven track record of delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a corporate or hospitality environment.
