What You Will Do
- Serve as the welcoming face of the clinic, greeting and guiding patients with grace, empathy, and professional efficiency.
- Manage patient enquiries and payment processes with high precision, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain meticulous patient records and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.
The ideal candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end customer service, such as hospitality, retail, or premium clinical environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed and compassionate when supporting patients through sensitive or emotional situations.
- Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in record-keeping.
