Your Role

  • Be the First Impression: As the first person our guests meet, your warm and professional demeanour will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Manage Reservations: From phone calls to online bookings, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient reservation process, keeping our restaurant running like clockwork.
  • Create Memorable Moments: You’ll assist guests with queries, manage waiting times, and provide a welcoming atmosphere that enhances their dining experience.
  • Support the Team: Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure service runs seamlessly, while delivering exceptional hospitality with a smile.
