Location: Central London & Weybridge (must be able to travel to both areas)
Salary: £30,000+ Bonus + Benefits
Travel Scheme to support travel between two locations

Reception cover split - 3 days in Weybridge / 2 days in London.

We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a professional organisation within the financial services industry. This is a key front-of-house role where you'll help deliver a first-class client and office experience.

The Role - Receptionist

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service
  • Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, and office presentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
  • Maintain and update CRM/data systems (training provided)
  • Assist with post, deliveries, and general office coordination

Key Skills & Experience - Receptionist

  • Some office experience required
  • Personality - someone who is a strong communicator, highly professional and quick learner
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Receptionist Details

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Location based role (Central London & Weybridge)
  • £30,000 salary + bonus + benefits
