Part Time Receptionist
22.5 Hours over 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

- 08:00 – 13:00
- 12:30 – 17:30
- 13:00 – 18:00
About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to provide a full range of client services within their business centre, focusing on the company's key objective of providing high quality client service. You will work with the Centre Team to ensure all client service requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a consistently high standard of customer care to the internal and external clients of the centre and will act as an ambassador for the business centre. You will work as part of the Centre Team to provide the full range of operational and customer services on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Functions
This role has a strong focus on the accounts functions within the business, including:
- Cash handling
- Receipting
- Banking
- Invoicing
- Debt collection
Operations Support
The Operations Assistant will support the Centre Manager and will deal with complex client issues and matters including:
- Staff rotas
- Managing holiday periods
- Breaks
- Move ins
- Move outs
Client Services & Centre Operations
You will be part of the Centre Team responsible for ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently through involvement in:
- Services
- Standards
- Facilities
- Security
- Health & Safety
- IT & telecommunications
- Housekeeping
- Meeting and conference room set up
- General client support, including post, faxes, telephone answering, and meeting and greeting visitors

You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery is provided in all of these areas to maximise revenue generation.
About You
A high standard of personal presentation and effective, articulate communication is essential, as Operations Assistants are responsible for providing first line customer care on a daily basis, representing all of the clients that use the centre.
The close working relationship with the Centre Manager and the team will be key to the success of this role and the centre. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, other staff, and suppliers is paramount, so the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential.
