Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury hospitality environment? Les Ambassadeurs Club is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our Front of House team.
Reporting to the Front of House Operations Manager, you will work closely with our Front Door and Gaming teams to provide an outstanding member experience while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for members and guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for member administration, guest services, and ensuring all procedures are carried out in line with gaming legislation and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process membership applications accurately and efficiently.
- Input, maintain, and update member information within internal databases.
- Gather and verify important due diligence information and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Conduct SENSE checks and other compliance-related procedures.
- Uphold licensing objectives by verifying age, identity, and suitability of all individuals entering the Club.
- Ensure strict adherence to gaming legislation and anti-money laundering requirements.
- Provide a warm, courteous, and professional welcome to members, guests, and visitors.
- Manage arrivals and departures efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Book hotels, flights, theatre tickets, and other concierge-style services for members.
- Arrange transportation and liaise closely with the Front Door team.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and other communications to the Club professionally and efficiently.
- Support the wider Front of House operation as required.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a 5-star hotel front office or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- Professional appearance and manner.
