AJ Chambers is working with an international law firm located in Central London, who are on the market for a well-presented and articulate Receptionist to join them.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in the office on a 3-month contract, starting in November.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all visitors and clients coming into the office and notify relevant contacts, provide beverages
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Ensure all telephone contact is done in a professional manner
- Reserve meeting rooms for any internal and external meetings
- Ensure all front of house areas are maintained to a high standard and tasks are carried out promptly where required
- Maintain visitor lists in the event of fire and liaise with relevant personnel
- Restock conference room supplies and keep inventory and records for supplies and check deliveries for accuracy
- Ensure kitchen area and client toilets are kept to high standards
- Booking taxis and arranging couriers on request
- Provide legal support/admin assistance to fee earning departments including bundling/paginating/copying/collating documents
- Completing legal forms
- Collection of DX in the morning

Candidate Skills/Attributes:
- Proven recent experience working as a Receptionist in a professional service firm
- Demonstrate excellent client service skills.
- Attentive to client needs and respond accordingly.
- Be articulate and fluent in English business language.
- Display an organised approach to work, operating with a professional attitude, and prioritising tasks in an efficient manner.
- Be flexible in their approach to work and have the ability to carry out other tasks essential to the smooth running of the service.
- Possess good IT skills with knowledge of office based packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
