Location 🌟 3 days a week at our Support Centre in Coleshill, Birmingham. Working hours are: Tuesday -Thursday 09:00am - 17:30pm.

Become a Receptionist As our Receptionist, you are the welcoming face and first point of contact for our office. You play a vital role in shaping first impressions by delivering a friendly, professional front-of-house experience for colleagues, visitors, and partners.

Alongside reception duties, you will provide general administrative support and help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional environment for colleagues and visitors.

Your Mission Front-of-House & Reception

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a friendly, professional, and welcoming reception experience
  • Greet and sign in visitors, manage visitor passes, and liaise with hosts as required
  • Answer incoming calls, manage the main inbox, and direct enquiries to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain reception and communal areas to a high standard, ensuring they are tidy, safe, and presentable at all times

Administration & Coordination

  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
  • Order and replenish office supplies, stationery, and refreshments
  • Support meeting room bookings, room set-ups, and diary coordination
  • Assist with the organisation of internal meetings, events, and company activities
  • Maintain reception displays, noticeboards and visitor information throughout the office
  • Provide general administrative support to assist with the smooth running of reception and shared office areas. From time to time, you may also be asked to support the Facilities department with ad-hoc tasks.
