C&C Search is currently recruiting a Receptionist & Administrator for an exciting organisation within the life sciences sector, based in East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer-facing or administrative experience who is looking to build a long-term career in operations, events, facilities and business support.
Position
Receptionist & Administrator | Supporting the Operations Manager and wider management team within a thriving life sciences innovation centre
Salary
£32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid set up
Office based, 5 days per week (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist & Administrator position
- Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience, greeting visitors, managing calls and responding to enquiries.
- Support the smooth running of the building through administration, facilities coordination, meeting room management and event support.
- Assist the Executive Team with administrative tasks including invoices, purchase orders, meeting minutes, research and operational reporting.
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous reception, customer service, hospitality or administrative experience.
- A positive, proactive and can-do attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of people.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Professional, personable and team-oriented approach.
- Degree educated beneficial but not essential.
- Experience within a customer-facing environment highly desirable.
