What your day will look like?
- You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, providing friendly and efficient service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing requests, and ensuring any feedback is addressed effectively.
- Demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service and great knowledge of all room categories and hotel facilities.
- In this role, you’ll also support smooth daily operations by completing administrative tasks accurately, liaising with other departments, and stepping in to assist where needed.

What You’ll Bring?
- The ideal candidate is a person who cares about providing excellent service to our guests and using their intuition and creativity to deliver a wonderful experience for everyone.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise is important, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
