Receptionist / Concierge, Central London W1

Monday-Friday | 12pm-8pm, £42,000 + Amazing Benefits

We're searching for an outstanding Receptionist / Concierge to become the welcoming face of one of London's most prestigious corporate workplaces. This isn't about sitting behind a reception desk. It's about creating moments that people remember.

The Opportunity

Working as part of a first-class hospitality and front-of-house team, you'll ensure every guest, client and colleague receives a seamless five-star experience from the moment they arrive. You'll become the calm, organised and confident centre of the front-of-house operation, ensuring every detail is taken care of before anyone even needs to ask. What You'll Be Doing

Every day will be different, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an exceptional welcome to every visitor, client and colleague.
  • Managing incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries efficiently.
  • Looking after beautifully presented meeting and conference rooms.
  • Coordinating meeting bookings and assisting with any changes when required.
  • Preparing meeting rooms with refreshments, catering and everything needed for successful client meetings.
  • Working closely with Facilities, IT and Hospitality teams to ensure every event runs flawlessly.
  • Resolving issues quickly and calmly to maintain outstanding service standards.
  • Supporting wider front-of-house projects whenever needed.
  • Taking pride in every detail, no matter how small.

You'll probably have experience within:

  • Luxury hotels
  • Private Members' Clubs
  • Premium hospitality venues
  • Corporate reception
  • Executive front of house
  • Concierge services

You'll Bring

  • Previous experience within a premium Reception, Concierge or Front of House role.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A polished, professional and confident approach.
  • The ability to multitask whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking or event management systems.
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism at all times.
