Role Overview
As a Receptionist at the Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain impeccable presentation and attention to detail in the front office area
Requirements
- Confidence and excellent communication skills to engage with guests
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a keen willingness to contribute to team success
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing inspirational service
- Enthusiasm, warmth, and impeccable presentation
