About the Client:

A boutique private equity firm based in beautiful offices located near Green Park. The firm has a small but close-knit support team and around 50 in the London office altogether. Culturally, they are hard-working, dedicated, and really foster strong relationships as a team. They’re looking for someone to come in and join the front of house team who can slot in as a key member!

About the Role:

This is a varied and busy Receptionist role. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Meet and greet all incoming visitors, providing outstanding guest experience
  • Management of meeting rooms, including ensuring tidiness and providing refreshments
  • Consistent, prompt and professional handling of a high volume of phone calls and messages
  • Reporting and escalation of any maintenance issues
  • Maintaining stock and presentation of pantries and office inventories
  • Coordinating daily post
  • Other ad-hoc administrative support.

Candidate Specification:

  • Some previous administrative / front of house experience in a corporate or high-end hospitality environment
  • Highly professional and positive presence and demeanour
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Genuine passion for providing high-level client service
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional Information:

  • General office hours are 8am – 5pm, with some flex required where needed (e.g. early and late meetings)
  • Fully office-based
  • Up to £45K depending on experience
  • Excellent additional benefits including 30 days holiday + discretionary bonus.
