Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 9 months


We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join the Workplace Experience team at a three-floor site where ISS manages the main reception service for the entire building.

As a key front-of-house representative, you will act as an ambassador for exceptional workplace experience, providing a welcoming and professional service to customers, building users, and visitors.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can quickly settle into a busy reception environment, working closely with the onsite Security Officer to ensure a seamless visitor experience.

Full training will be provided on site-specific systems and processes, and you will play an important role in supporting workplace activities, enquiries, and events across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class customer service to all visitors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome as the main point of contact for requests and enquiries.
  • Work closely with the security team to ensure all site processes are followed.
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries, and support room bookings and room set-ups in a polite and professional manner.
  • Support the onsite management team with events and workplace activities.
  • Build positive relationships with visitors and customers, capturing individual requirements for future visits.
  • Conduct building tours to ensure best practice standards are maintained and report any faults or concerns promptly.
  • Provide support to the Workplace Experience team, including assistance with key events and cover during periods of annual leave.
