About Us

JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world-class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.

About the Role

As a Receptionist at JD Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our patients — setting the tone for their entire experience from the moment they arrive. This is a busy, varied and genuinely rewarding role that sits at the heart of clinic life. You will manage appointments, handle patient enquiries, process payments and ensure the front-of-house environment is welcoming, organised and running smoothly at all times. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, your contribution will be felt by every patient who walks through our doors. If you are warm, professional and passionate about delivering an outstanding experience, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
