About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join the EGGER Barony team. Working at the heart of the business, you will provide a professional reception service and administrative support, helping to create a positive experience for visitors and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage the reception area and provide a welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
- Operate the telephone switchboard, directing calls and taking accurate messages as required.
- Greet, register and direct visitors in line with site procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Respond to general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Coordinate and arrange UK business travel, including hotel, rail and taxi bookings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including franking, sorting and preparing post for collection.
- Administer pool car bookings and maintain associated records.
- Provide administrative support to the wider business, maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information appropriately.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a reception, customer service or administrative role.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and visitor management.
