The Role
We’re looking for a confident and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of DCS Group.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll create an outstanding first impression while keeping reception running smoothly. You’ll also provide varied administrative support across the business and cover for the PA to the Board when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage sign-in, passes and site procedures
- Answer and direct calls professionally
- Handle customer and public enquiries
- Manage post, deliveries and couriers
- Keep reception secure, tidy and welcoming
- Provide administrative support to Customer Service
- Arrange staff travel, including hotels, flights and airport parking
- Support senior meetings, lunches, agendas and presentations
- Order and replenish stationery
- Provide PA cover when required
About You
You’ll be professional, friendly and calm under pressure, with strong customer service and organisational skills.

- Previous reception or customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and keyboard accuracy
- Able to prioritise, solve problems and adapt quickly
- Positive, self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a team
- Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage
