Title: Receptionist
Location: Central London (The Strand)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week
A Global Investment Business is looking for two exceptional Receptionists to join a prestigious and fast-growing international organisation based in the heart of London.
Following a recent acquisition and exciting expansion plans, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly visible front-of-house team at a pivotal stage of growth.
You'll act as a brand ambassador, creating outstanding first impressions, managing a busy and varied front-of-house environment, and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a polished, five-star front-of-house experience for guests, clients and employees
- Welcoming senior executives, investors and external visitors with confidence and professionalism
- Managing multiple meeting rooms, coordinating bookings and ensuring spaces are presentation-ready
- Supporting meeting logistics, refreshments and visitor management

You may currently come from:
- Corporate Reception
- Private Equity or Financial Services Reception
- Luxury Hospitality / Retail
- Premium Airline Cabin Crew
- Acting, Performance or Voiceover backgrounds with strong client-facing experience
Most importantly, you'll be:
- Confident, warm and highly professional
- Comfortable engaging with senior and high-profile stakeholders
- Naturally proactive and able to use your initiative
- Immaculately presented with excellent communication skills
- Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service
