Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and colleagues. This is a key role within the business, ensuring our reception area operates smoothly while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
The successful candidate will be an approachable and proactive individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
- Maintaining meeting rooms, including booking schedules and arranging refreshments when required.
- Supporting teams with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Managing reception and communal areas to ensure they remain tidy and presentable.
- Assisting with diary management, visitor coordination, and office logistics.
- Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Providing additional administrative support to the wider business as required.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, customer service, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

- Experience within a professional services or office environment.
