Working within Centralised OPD Admin Team as Clerical & Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients face to face
- Answering telephone
- Making follow up appointments
- Dealing with ward requests
Greeting patients face to face and via the telephone. Dealing with the answerphone and emails. Making follow up appointments. Assisting with ward requests in a timely manner. Liaising with GP's, Consultants, Clinicians, Holme House Prison queries.
About the Organisation
South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust have come together to form University Hospitals Tees. As a result, post holders may be required to work across sites within both organisations.
